We require your artwork to be in

• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• CDR (corel)
• EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
• PDF (Portable Document Format)
• Hi Resolution JPEG/JPG or TIFF (300dpi or more)
• PSD format. (Photoshop Document)

For large files over 7MB we cannot guarantee they will be delivered via email due to network limitations. In this case, You can either use our FTP account for you to upload to or you can send us a CD/DVD of the artwork via post. Aust post usually takes 2 working days for delivery.

Please note: In all vector formats we require all text to be converted to outlines or fonts to be sent to us. We can work with other files, for example Microsoft Publisher documents, however they have to be converted and reworked at an extra charge. This charge would depend on complexity of design and rework time. Of course we will advise you of this before undertaking the work.
